Gurkirat Gill
Growing up playing a variety of sports, I developed a passion for staying active and pushing my limits. Throughout my athletic journey, I experienced several injuries of my own, which gave me firsthand insight into the challenges of recovery and the important role physiotherapy plays in helping people get back to doing what they love. These experiences ultimately inspired me to pursue a career in physiotherapy. My approach to treatment is rooted in evidence-based practice, with an emphasis on individualized care and helping each patient work toward their personal goals. I believe in empowering patients with the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need to take an active role in their recovery and return to the activities that matter most to them. Outside the clinic, I enjoy travelling, working out, and playing basketball with friends. As someone who values an active lifestyle, I understand how important it is to keep moving, stay healthy, and do the things you love.
